There are different types of milk. There is a milk from an animal and a vegetarian milk. The milks from the animals are: cow’s milk, goat’s milk and sheep’s milk. The vegetarian milks are several: coconut milk, sweet almond milk, soy milk etc.
We can use those milks to refresh the skin. We have found some tips on how to take care of your skin by using milk.
- A facial mask for a dry skin. The raw milk is very beneficial for the skin, because it’s very hydrating. To hydrate the dry skin, you should do this homemade mask:
- 250 ml raw milk
- lemon juice
- rose water
Mix the milk with the lemon juice, in order to obtain a homogenous liquid.
Apply the mask and let it sit for 20 minutes.
Rinse and cleanse the skin with the rose water.
- Lighten the skin with milk. Every type of milk can change your regular cleanser. You add several drops of milk on a cotton pad and you cleanse the face. It is better to use a cow’s milk, but if you’re a vegetarian, you can also use the sweet almond milk.
The raw milk is very beneficial for the skin. You will see the results in a week.
You can practice this routine once a day. It is recommended to cleanse the face at night. You let the milk react and you rinse it after 15 minutes.
- Anti – wrinkles mask. The coconut milk is very nutritive for the skin and thanks to its ingredients, it improves the skin’s elasticity.
You should try this homemade mask in order to get an anti – aging effect:
- peeled and smashed almonds
- 8 drops of coconut milk
Mix the almond purée with the coconut milk.
Apply the mask and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Rinse with a cold water.
For each mask you can use any type of milk, because every milk has its own benefits for the skin.
