Who doesn’t love summer? Hot days, cocktails, sea and the beach. Spending all day on the beach is something that everyone likes. Sunburns are the worst thing can happen to your skin. They are incredibly unhealthy, uncomfortable and hurt a lot. If you have a sever sunburn immediately go to the doctor, but for minor sunburns try these sunburn hacks because they will soothe your pain and itchiness and prevent your skin from peeling.
1.Make Aloe Vera ice cubes.
One of the best remedies for sunburn are the aloe Vera ice cubes. The aloe Vera soothes the pain and the ice cubes provide temporary relief. To make them just squeeze aloe Vera gel into an ice cube tray and freeze it overnight, you will definitely feel better.
2.Apple cider vinegar.
The apple cider vinegar has antiseptic properties that reduce inflammation and alleviate painful skin. Mix apple cider vinegar and water and spray on your burn for an instant relief.
3.Apply raw honey on the skin.
The honey is a natural antiseptic and can help heal damaged skin. Just rub raw honey over the burned area and cover it with gaze. You will feel relief in a few minutes.
4.Soothe the skin with cold yogurt.
The yogurt is rich in probiotics that will help to restore your skin’s natural barrier. Spread a thin layer of yogurt on your sunburn area and let it sit for about 10 minutes, then gently dab it off with a cold rag.
5.Cool down with baby wipes.
Gentle baby wipes will cool down your sunburn and provide you with instant relief. Just lay a cloth on top of your burn and you will feel better right away.
